Vega IT is one of Serbia’s fastest-growing IT companies. As the company expanded from 3 to 800 employees, I felt more and more disconnected from employees. In the past, I’ve envisioned HeartCount as a lifeline for an existing company. The initial goal was to prioritize employee well-being and engagement. Now, HeartCount supports companies globally in building strong connections, while Vega IT continues to focus on top talent, innovation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Vega IT.

He is also the founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Woohoo Inc.
