Jelena Petrović

Employee Experience Team Manager
at Erste Bank

Erste Bank has been using HeartCount for over two and a half years as a strategic tool for tracking employee satisfaction and engagement. From the very beginning, HeartCount has proven to be an invaluable asset in the daily work of our HR team as well as managers across the organization.

The platform’s simple and quick feedback collection has helped us better understand employee needs, identify challenges, and respond in a timely manner. The regular weekly surveys have become an important channel for open communication and continuous improvement of our work environment.

We carefully review the comments employees share through HeartCount. Some changes were quick and easy to implement, while others required more time and resources. Still, the list of improvements is far from short — and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished.
