We start with a short kickoff call and send you a simple setup checklist + employee data template. You’ll confirm key details like survey preferences, visibility, and recognition settings.
Our team configures your company account, builds teams, and sets admin roles. You get a chance to review and approve everything before launch.
When employees are added to the portal, the welcome email is sent automatically on the same day, there’s no option to delay. By default, this welcome email is replaced with a consent notice email (required in the US). If your company does not want this email sent, we can manually disable it in the Control Panel upon request.
Uploading employees later in the week (Thursday or Friday) keeps the welcome email and first survey closer together—avoiding confusion and extra reminders.
We monitor the rollout of your first weekly pulse check to make sure every employee gets the survey. Afterward, we walk you through how to read results and share best practices for boosting participation. We also track the delivery of the welcome email, as it serves as an indicator of success and sets later expectations.
