In recent years Roaming Networks have built a strong presence in the markets of Serbia and Balkan region, Austria and Germany. We have partnerships with 15 global firms. By steadily developing and growing we strive to expand into new markets in Europe and the USA.
What challenges did you face before using the tool?
Today we number more than 700 employees. Each service we offer as a company and every job we have done is the result of people working together in order to make „tomorrow’s stronger connections “. Sometimes there was a lack of communication between the HR department and employees. This prevented us from having on-time insights into the challenges our employees face on a daily basis.
What kind of solution did you recognise in HeartCount?
We consider HeartCount to be an excellent tool for learning about each employee’s needs and overviewing the processes and the way of functioning of the entire company in general. This way we gain insight into the level of employee satisfaction and find ways how to improve processes and procedures at work. HeartCount allows us to react to any kind of a challenge or a requirement an employee might have on time.
What results have you achieved and how did you overcome your challenges using HeartCount?
The results we have achieved are good, but there is definitely room for improvement. Heartcount helps us solve both smaller operational issues and overcome big challenges that our employees encounter. Because every one of us strives towards a common goal — to connect and grow together!
